Hadi Ash - Managing Director
Hadi Ash is the founder of WaveHire and an RF engineer with over 15 years of experience in TV, film, and broadcast technology. His background includes professional wireless video transmission, RF systems, camera control, IP communications, system testing, and technical support for broadcast and production environments.
WaveHire was built on that experience. Every product in the range, every preparation process, and every piece of technical advice you receive from our team comes from someone who has worked in the environments these systems are used in - OB trucks, studio floors, location sets, and live venues.
Matt Mansouri - Technical Operations Engineer
Matt Mansouri leads technical operations at WaveHire, working directly with production teams to prepare, test, and support every system before and during hire.
From equipment testing on a live signal to on-set troubleshooting, Matt makes sure every piece of kit that leaves our facility is ready to perform under real production conditions.

HD-SDI and HDMI transmission for broadcast, monitoring, and live production with sub-1 ms system latency across the FLEX and VITA ranges.
Sony camera control
Full Sony 700 protocol wireless camera control and remote shading via the CC-LINK and FLEX S700 ranges, compatible with Sony RCP-1500 and RCP-3500 panels.
Wireless IP and data links
Ethernet bridging and IP connectivity for broadcast camera positions, replacing physical cable runs with wireless data links up to 1 km.
Our process
How We Prepare Every Hire
No equipment leaves our London facility without being tested by a technician on a live signal. For video systems, we test on live HD-SDI. For camera-control systems, we verify Sony protocol handshake and control response. For IP data systems, we confirm throughput and network transparency.
Same-day collection is available from our London base. Delivery is available across London and the UK. If something goes wrong on set or at a venue, our support team has direct broadcast production experience - we troubleshoot the way engineers troubleshoot, not the way call centres do.
